Explain this screen

What this screen asks for, and what it will not say

Work email
The address your membership was invited at. It is one of three things checked together, and the answer never says whether the address is registered here.
Workspace
The lowercase, hyphenated address of your organisation, as it appears in your invitation link. Everybody names theirs; only a platform administrator signs in without one.
Password
Checked on the server together with the email and the workspace. A wrong one is answered with the same sentence as a wrong email, on purpose.
do not match
The one answer for a wrong workspace, email or password. This product does not say which of the three was wrong, because that would tell anyone who asks whether an address is registered here.
Too many attempts from this address.
Sign-in is paused for a moment after repeated attempts. It is a rate limit, not a statement about the password, and the screen says when it can be tried again.
Evidence bundles
The provider transcripts and readings a figure was computed from, kept verbatim for 24 months so that a client can audit any figure this product shows.

What this screen will not tell you

  • A change the sample cannot support, anywhere past this screen. The product measures whether a brand appears, under conditions it states beside every figure. Where the sample is too small to tell a difference from noise the figure still shows and the claim does not.

Search Intelligence Manager measures whether a brand appears in classic search and in AI answer engines — and refuses to state a change the sample cannot support.
